Step-by-step Instructions

If you have multiple people working on the same project or need to delegate certain tasks, it can be helpful to allow them access to your Gmail account. This way, they can easily collaborate on emails and stay up to date on any important communication.

1. First, open your Gmail settings and click on the ‘Accounts’ tab . This will bring you to the account settings page.

2. In the ‘Grant access to your account’ section, click the ‘add another account’ button. This will open a pop-up window where you can enter the name or email address of the person you want to grant access to your account.
3. Type in the email address of the person you want to invite(the email address want direct access), and then click the ‘next step’ button. This will send an invitation to the person’s email account.
4. The invitee will need to click the ‘accept request’ link in the email they received.
5. Once they do this, their email address will appear as accepted in the ‘Grant access to your account’ section of your account settings.
6. From now on, you can enter the invitee’s Gmail account any time you want, without having to enter a password. Simply click on the profile icon in the top right corner of your screen, and then select the invitee’s email address from the drop-down menu.
This will allow you to access their email account and collaborate on any necessary tasks. By following these steps, you can easily delegate access to your Gmail account and collaborate with others on important tasks.

This can save you time and ensure that all necessary communication is taken care of in a timely manner. It’s a great way to streamline your workflow and make sure that nothing falls through the cracks.
